Ph.D. Candidate & Adjunct Lecturer

I am a Graduate Student in Applied Social Psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center and I teach undergraduate Psychology courses at John Jay College, CUNY. My research examines motivations to engage in helping behavior and acts of kindness, particularly in work place environments, in order to develop strategies for fostering empathy.

Projects

  • Currently working on a project titled “Empathetic Engagement: Unveiling Motivation and Altruistic Pathways in Workplace Kindness Initiatives.” The project explores the the processes and motivations for engaging in altruistic behaviors within workplace environments to develop tailored strategies fostering a culture of kindness and supportive engagement among employees.
